Boston Bike Show
Went to the Boston Bike Show today. It was about the same as last year, not as well attended, but it was a really sucky day, so that probably hurt quite a bit.
Again, it was mostly the Wheelworks Bike Show as they had most of the booths. Scul was there, which was cool. Quite a few new bikes like the Cannondale Saeco Six13, and the new Scott team bike, and some beautiful Orbeas.
There were a couple of interesting new commuter style bikes including the Dynamic direct drive, which looks like to would be an excellent city bike. (an interesting asside: which mistypeing the dynamic URL, I came upon Direct Bicycles which has a very interesting folding bike). REI is also coming out with a new Novarra model that looks mui interesting. There was also an $11,000 all carbon tandem.
