Saturday 70
Did 70 miles today. It was a good pace, generally, but I didn’t push. I’ve noticed I have a numb toe. I’m not sure when that happened. I also forgot sunscreen, but didn’t burn too badly. I was a very nice day. It struck me that this may be only the 2d day I’ve ridden without wearing a warmer of some kind.
The diabetes ride starts one week from today! Woohoo!
