		<description>She just came bounding out of the woods and ran along side me for quite a ways taking brief stops to check out anything moving in the brush on the side of the road.

She only paced me, though. There was someone a ways ahead and a ways behind me and she only paced alongside me.</description>

Actually, it was "helped" along. It's (with 's meaning "was") a carbon fiber bike. There were a dozen or so fibers holding it together after the accident, but they didn't hold for long.

It was originally a &lt;a href="http://www2.trekbikes.com/Bikes/Road/Performance_Road/Pilot/Index.php" rel="nofollow"&gt;Trek Pilot&lt;/a&gt;. It was a loaner bike. The Trek guy was from Trek's &lt;a href="http://www.ridethebesttour.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;"Ride The Best" tour&lt;/a&gt; where they follow rides like this around and loan bikes for test rides. </description>
