Upgrade
I upgraded Wordpress to the lastest version. It was reasonably painless. It sure would be nice to have a automated process, though.

I dunno. Given the default install and all of the junk that ended up getting placed all over the place that I had to comb through and remove, I take a little comfort in knowing that I won’t have to do all of that again any time soon.
How old of a version were you on? Any big changes?

I went from 1.5.? to 1.5.2. No change at all that I can see. I think there are some security patches, though. No DB changes.
This didn’t have any effect on the site. If you use the templating system “correctly” the update shoudln’t affect anything. But then, I’ve made very few changes, so YMMV.
