Dilemma
I saw Jeanne on the street today and she asked if I was going to do the Rodman ride. (It’s sponsored by her company.) I said I didn’t think so since I had another century scheduled for the next day and it’s one I really like doing. Then she said that the Liberty Seguros team was going to be there, including Heras, Beloki, Serrano, and De Galeano.
Hmmmmm.
Okay, so I ran right home and registered. Now I wish I could speak Spanish, though I doubt there’ll be a chance to get up close.
A record four victories in the Vuetla a Espana and this one with 15 stitches in his knee. Whoa. A punky little brewster, that one.

Todd, the link to the Rodman site is a little confusing because it says the Liberty Seguros
riders will be there Oct. 2, but the Rodman ride itself is Oct. 1.
Meanwhile, Belmont Wheelworks is
advertising the Liberty Seguros team members’ appearance 2-4 p.m. Oct. 2:

And the Major Taylor Century is Oct. 2.

Let’s see, if you start at 8:00 and ride it in 5 hours,
you could then drive to Belmont by 2:00.

Hahahaha. I could finish *lunch* in five hours. Based on my performance yesterday, there will be only one century next weekend. So I’ll be at the Major Taylor one. I’ve already reserved the car.
