Nothing
No biking at all this weekend in spite of the good weather. I blame it on the eye splitting headache I had on Sunday.
My cousin from Vermont came for a visit on Saturday. I have’t seen him in close to a year, I don’t think. Or maybe it was last winter. I guess that is “almost a year”. Hmm… He brought his dog who is not doing well at all. He’s 15 pounds underweight which is a lot for a 60 pound dog. Bones sticking out everywhere. They haven’t found the problem yet, but there is some sort of blood issue and they’re treating for Lyme Disease until they can find the real trouble. Most of the possible ailments all have the same treatment anyway, so it’s a good approach. So it’s major amounts of steroids. Sad. He’s a year younger than my dog.
So I got in a couple movies instead while laying on the sofa trying not to move. Iron Monkey was on TV and I didn’t really recognize it. I had watched the subtitled version and it took me a while to recognize the dubbed version. And The Angry Red Planet from netflix.
Got a bit done on the NEC website. My main dilema there was how to integrate the Coppermine and phpBB logins, but it turns out somebody already did it, so all it took was modifying half a dozen lines and it was done. Easy peasy. Now for the look ‘n’ feel.
Gotta get back out on the bike, though. Maybe today, but I see it’s nearly 11 already. Rain Tuesday, flu shot Wednesday, and visitors on Thursday. Client is back in town this week so I actually have to, you know, work.

That NEC logo rocks. Almost looks like a pirate designed it. Arrrrrr!
Work is for suckers, get out and ride that bike. This time last year we had a snowstorm, if those calling themselves “weathermen” are to be believed…
