I think 10' strips would be unwieldy. This looks like the pace I got mine from: http://www.mbossinc.com/ but I'm not quite sure. I got mine from a local lumber store, but this is the place that has the patterns that look the same. MIne is classic style 0606

I'm also got to be starting a K&B renovation here shortly and will be using the same pattern in the kitchen ceiling and as the backsplash.

I love your ceiling - we are trying to decide how to design our copper ceiling in our kitchen - we are thinking of getting 12oz. 3'x10' sheets and either putting them in as strips or cut into 3x3 squares and trimming the seams with Hickory strips - same wood as the cabinets are to be or if we want to get the pressed tiles - great photo

Split the difference and make a 2001-esque trainer.

I too, am a big fan of copper. That bike is just magnificent! Nice work Bob.
As far as copper choppers go, I prefer the one that Jesse James built and rode to Copper Canyon, Mexico.

Actually Scott's bike won't turn green, I cleared over the copper base finish to lock in the cool swirly marbled look and to keep it from rusting over time.
