It just about killed me waiting for pages to load :-)

Yeah! Here's part of his part of the trouble ticket report (it's probably not useful, though):

Backhaul installed
Part 1 of 2:
Arrived onsite, Monitored circuit and margins were showing errors incrementing:
...
Upstream Cells Received from CPE: 256997 ( 312720671 )
Upstream % utilization: 6.143182%
Downstream Cells Transmitted to CPE: 923500 ( 2635712032 )
Downstream % utilization: 8.361207%
ATM HEC Errors: 0 ( 45671 )
Upstream Line Errors: 0 ( 640860 )
Downstream Line Errors: 33 ( 1808395 )
Training Starts: 0 ( 2073 )

Time Since Snapshot Counters Reset:
1 Hour. 23 Min. 40 Sec.

DSLAM Trunk Status: OK
Technology: DMT8a4
Card Status: OK
Port Status: Up
Actual Port Rates: 928 kbps Downstream / 352 kbps Upstream
Margin: 14.0 dB Downstream / 7.0 dB Upstream
...
Spent some time figuring out EU inside wiring. EU has VZ install NID SPLITTER
But it was done incorrectly.
ALL EU wiring was daisy chained so we opened all the jacks.
I rewired correctly and now getting following margins in safe mode:

Port Provisioning: DSLAM
Trunk Status: OK
Technology: DMT8a4 Card Status: OK
Port Status: Up
Actual Port Rates: 928 kbps Downstream / 384 kbps Upstream
Margin: 39.0 dB Downstream / 26.0 dB Upstream

Upstream Cells Received from CPE: 129191 ( 312909648 )
Upstream % utilization: 7.95%
Downstream Cells Transmitted to CPE: 279423 ( 2636073600 )
Downstream % utilization: 4.30625%
ATM HEC Errors: 0 ( 45690 )
Upstream Line Errors: 0 ( 641307 )
Downstream Line Errors: 1 ( 1808403 )
Training Starts: 0 ( 2076 )

Time Since Snapshot Counters Reset:
29 Min. 48 Sec.

Then he removed the "safe mode" and I'm back at full speed getting about 1.3M down/ 320 up
