The Full Monty
Six unemployed blokes from Sheffield get the idea to do a strip show for some cash from a visiting troop of Chippendales dancers, except that, unlike the Chippendales, they’ll do the Full Monty and take it all off.
Very, very well done with lots of lol moments and some poignant ones as well. Gaz’s (Robert Carlysle) relationship with his son (William Snape) is very well done, as is the relationship between Dave (Mark Addy) and his wife (Leslie Sharp). Actually, all of it was well done. I have to say that Dave’s character should not have been so self-concious. He was the best looker in the bunch. Robert Carlysle (Gaz) looked very familiar but I coudln’t place him and finally had to resort to IMDb. He was “Renard” in The World is Not Enough.
