I’m not quite sure what to think about this. Would this have done anything to prevent the dooring I saw last week? I think not.
I also have no doubt that (at least the Boston) police will jump at the chance to stop and fine bikes for everything yet let motorists (including cabs) continue on in the manner they’ve been up to now. You can call it cynicism or you can call it 20 years experience in this city. Your call.
