Rides
Well, it looks as if I’m closing out 2006 without a single ride in December. And that after only one single ride in November. That last I was on the bike (not including commuting, around town, and trainer) was November 11.
Still, I ended the year with slightly over 2500 miles, not including (as a guess) 200 miles of around town/shopping/commuting distance. I normally work at home, so “commute” for me is my Tuesday client-site day: about a mile each way, once a week for a total of about 100 miles for the year. The shopping and around town stuff takes up the rest. Maybe a mile to the gym three or four times a week, and shopping distances and times vary. So, say 200 miles total.
I also not I wasn’t on the MTB even once this year. It was all road and SS/town. Guess that means I should look into selling that bike. Also since I’ve gotten the SS and messenger bag, I haven’t used my cruiser, so maybe it’s time to unload that one as well.
It did snow a bit yesterday, so maybe I’ll get to try out those studded tires yet.
On to 2007. (or, as “User Friendly” says, 2006 2.0)
