The plan
Basically, the plan is to do nothing for now. The veterinary oncologist called this evening and I asked her about whether we should do anything about the hemangiopericytoma. After talking it over for a while, we decided the course of action would be to give him another chest x-ray around the first of December. That will tell us how quickly the lung cancer is advancing. If there’s little change, we’ll remove the foot tumor as he will live long enough where that tumor will begin to affect him. If there’s a lot of change in the x-ray, there’s little point in operating as it won’t have time to grow large enough to be an issue. If it’s extremely aggressive, he might not even make it that far.
But right now, he’s happy, peppy, has a good appetite, with no sign of malaise.
This fucking sucks, though.

Oh, Todd, that does suck. I’m so sorry!
