It is January 2. They'll be taking another chest x-ray and looking again at his foot. The x-ray will tell whether the lung cancer has spread, and the foot check will tell whether that tumor is still operable. I'm pretty sure it is, as it doesn't seem to have changed size much at all. So the deciding factor will be how his lungs look. He's got a nasty cough that's getting worse, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I set up the appointment yesterday. It is January 2.
