Back on the bike
Can you believe it? Nine inches of snow on Friday, so it wasn’t outside. Maybe it was watching Amgen Tour of California. Maybe it was just some excruciating boredom. I don’t know. But I swapped otu the wheel for the one with the trainer tire, hooked the steed up and did 10 miles. Yeah, only 10 miles. But it’s the first since October, I think, not counting all the commuting. It felt pretty good, but I can definitely tell I’ve put on some tonnage since then.
