Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Apparently, this was a TV show, something I did not know, but then I rarely watch TV. This came recommended, so I watched it. It was pretty good, but it’s clear you should be familiar with the show to make full sense of the plot. It wasn’t until the very end of the movie that I figured out “Cowboy Bebop” is the name of their ship. I kept wondering why it had that title when there was no character of that name in the movie. They rarely (if ever) show the ship.
Still, it’s very good. The anime style animation is very good, the plot is good, and story is well told.
Spike Spiegel, the ship captain, and his crew are bounty hunters. Tired of tracking down petty criminals for chump change, they decide to track down and capture a terrorist bent on world Martian destruction.
Good pastime.
