The last two weeks have been restaurant week in Boston. We forgot about it last week, but Wednesday we decided to go to DaVinci. The list of restaurant week participants is very long, but they seemed to have the most extensive menu and Zagats rated them pretty highly so we went there.

Got tickets for Thursday’s Pawtucket Red Sox game v. Rochester (Twins). I’ve seen Pawsox at Fenway but never in RI.  Pawtucket is not doing very well this year. They’re 15.5 games back! and 4.5 behind Rochester. Still, I’ve never been there so it should be fun.

RIP Susan Nelson

Most people who read cycling blogs know of Eldon “Fat Cyclist” Nelson and his family. While not unexpected, her passing is terribly sad news. But she has left behind an incredible legacy.
